Terms of Service
Last updated 13 October 2026
Please read these terms before you use Navyoga. They explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
In short
- You must be 18 or older to use Navyoga.
- Payments are final. Please read the Refund Policy before you buy.
- Yoga is physical. Check with a doctor if you are unsure, and tell your teacher about injuries.
- Recordings are for your own practice. Please do not share or copy them.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service are between you and Navyoga Wellness LLP (“Navyoga”, “we”, “us”). They cover the Navyoga mobile app, the student web app and our website, and every live class, recording, course, workshop, event and teacher-training programme we offer (the “Services”).
By creating an account, accepting these terms in the app, or using the Services, you agree to them. You also agree to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2. Who can use Navyoga
You must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not create an account. By tapping Accept in the app, you confirm that you are 18 or older. You agree to give us accurate details and to keep them up to date.
3. Your account
- We verify your phone number with a one-time code.
- Keep your password private. Do not share your account with anyone. One account is for one person.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Your account can be in a class on one device at a time.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.
4. Live classes
Class times are shown in the app. The Join button opens 15 minutes before a class starts. Sometimes we need to change, reschedule or cancel a class, and we will tell you when we do.
5. Recordings and course content
Whether recordings are included depends on the plan you buy. The plan details in the app and on the website say what each plan includes. Where a plan includes recordings, you can watch them for as long as the plan is active. Recordings and all course material are for your own practice only.
Please do not copy, download, screen-record, share, sell or post any recording or course material. It belongs to Navyoga and its teachers.
6. Plans, payments and free trials
- Prices are in Indian rupees and shown before you pay.
- On the website, payments are processed by Razorpay. In the app, payments are processed by Google Play, and Google’s own terms also apply.
- A plan is a one-time purchase for a fixed period. It does not renew automatically.
- Your plan starts once we have confirmed your payment.
- From time to time we may offer free classes or a free trial as part of a promotion. These offers can change or end at any time, and a free trial is not guaranteed to every new account. Each person can use a free trial once, and we use your phone number to prevent repeat trials.
- Referral rewards are given at our discretion and may change. We may cancel rewards or trials that were obtained by misuse.
7. Refunds and transfers
- No refunds under any circumstances.
- No extensions or validity prolongations.
- Subscriptions and passes are non-transferable.
These rules apply to purchases on the website and in the app. Our Refund Policy has the full details.
8. Health and safety
Yoga involves physical activity. Participants attend classes entirely at their own risk. Navyoga and its trainers are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise programme.
Our classes are not medical advice. Please tell your teacher about any injury or health condition before class, and stop if something hurts.
9. Behaviour in classes
- Be respectful to teachers and other students.
- Do not harass, insult or disturb others.
- Do not record, photograph or screenshot a class or other participants.
- Do not share class links or let others join with your account.
We encourage you to keep your camera on in live classes, so that your teacher can see your posture and help you. It is your choice, and you can turn your camera and microphone off at any time.
Teachers can mute or remove anyone who disrupts a class, and can turn off a student’s video when appropriate.
10. Recording and media
We record live classes so members can catch up. Only the teacher’s own camera, screen and microphone are recorded. We do not record students.
At in-person events and workshops, we may take photographs or recordings that could be used for promotional purposes. By registering, you grant permission for this use unless you notify us in writing before the event.
11. Messages from us
You agree to receive messages we need to send you, such as sign-in codes, class and plan reminders and updates about your account, by notification, WhatsApp, SMS or email. You can opt out of other updates at any time.
12. Using Navyoga properly
Please do not:
- Break the law or help anyone else to.
- Create several accounts to get more free trials.
- Copy, reverse-engineer or scrape the app, website or recordings.
- Interfere with the Services or try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours.
13. Our content and yours
The Services, the Navyoga name, and all classes, recordings and course material belong to Navyoga Wellness LLP or its teachers. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while you have an account.
What you add, such as your photo and practice notes, stays yours. You let us store it and show it to the people who need it to run the Services, such as your teacher.
14. Suspension and ending your account
We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or misuses the Services.
You can delete your account at any time in the app: open Profile and tap Delete account. Any days left on an active plan are lost when you do.
15. Our responsibility
We work to keep the Services available, but they may sometimes be interrupted, and we provide them as they are. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction over any dispute.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The new version will be published here with its date. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
18. Contact us
Questions about these terms go to the Navyoga support team.
